The Indianapolis Canal walk at Vermont Street Plaza and the Skyline Club
Nicole and Chris are married!!!! This couple was very special to me because they were married and had their reception at the very same place where my husband and I were married! It brought back lots of memories for me because this weekend Matt and I are celebrating our 6 year anniversary!
Nicole and Chris wanted to forego most traditions and make this wedding their very own. Their bridesmaids were their daughters. The girls wore the cutest green dresses and the coolest shoes I have ever seen. Sparkling silver sneakers!!! The ceremony was all about combining their family. After they were pronounced man and wife, they sailed away down the canal on a gondola.
The reception at the Skyline Club looked amazing. The table linens were black and made the green and purple orchids POP! Nicole's florist did a FABULOUS job! And of course, dinner was amazing, too! Tim Glesing, their DJ had the dance floor packed until the very last song. We also had a CCP first! Nicole kept her heels on all night long. Everyone knows that this was a major accomplishment. However, Chris was quick to point out that it took Nicole buying 5 different pairs of shoes to find the most comfortable and stylish pair.
